Sustainable Business Model
Sustainability must be embedded into a BD4SG implementation. Discussion of the target business model should start early, to support a smooth transition from successful pilot to a production solution. Agreement needs to be reached by all stakeholders to ensure their ability to commit for the long term and at the scale that delivers the desired impact.
